The top row of led's are dedicated flood/scene lights. (high and low power)
The larger bottom row of wide-angle led's are Red-Amber-White and can be used as warning lights,
flood/scene/reverse lights and a sequential traffic advisor
(4) Seperate modes allow you to choose the color & flash pattern for each mode
Low power mode is built-in to the blue wire (for night use)
